-leave your room once in a while
-accept that tedious things still need to get done and do them even though they're a pain in the ass
-be a little grateful to your family if you still live them for free
-do not turn to drugs to "feel good about your shitty life" because you're only going to feel shittier the longer you do this to yourself
-accept that unlearning habits is a long and tedious process that often feels like one step forward and two steps back until eventually you see actual progress
-there is no one or correct way to unfuck your life you just kinda have to figure shit out and risk failing in order to find something
-do not put off doing things that will change your habits because it's easier to convince yourself that the world needs to change and not you
-yes it is okay to just take time for yourself, but it's not the only thing you should do to make your life better
